- A webmaster willing to put several hours per week into website maintenance and publishing content. Ideally – several people willing to do specific jobs like maintain the membership database, organize and publish photos, maintain the club’s online calendar, contribute articles.

- A Club google account with gmail, a Google Group (for sharing website support across several club members), and a Google Calendar. Other useful tools such as Google Forms (for event signups and surveys) and Google Sheets (very similar to Microsoft Excel)
